Hennes & Mauritz AB:n hakee suomenkielen taitoisia asiakaspalvelijoita Boråsissa sijaitsevaan asiakaspalvelukeskukseensa. Tule tapaamaan yrityksen edustajia VAMKin pääoven aulaan keskiviikkona 6.2. klo 10-13 välillä.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M 1st Line Agent comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:

•Provide excellent customer service via our channels.
•Handle all customer contacts with interest and care.
•Continuously improve our processes by trying new ways to work.
•Guide the customers and colleagues in the conversation.

Your skills
